Anna is a calming insightful/ knowledgeable and gentle professional. Her expertise made me feel at ease immediately and in safe non judgmental hands. She was open to listen and discuss all things heath/ gut/ food/ wellbeing and even socially & gender related factors that could impact gut health. We shared experiences and views, ideas and thoughts... as if we were two longtime friends catching up over coffee-except it was my very first ever time meeting Anna & my 1st visit to ReplenaHealth and this was not coffee but a Colonic Hydrotherapy! She was warm, professional, and made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. Despite the treatment being a bit uncomfortable, Anna put me fully at ease and maintained a high standard of hygiene throughout. She combined the hydrotherapy with acupressure massage which increased the effectiveness of the process. I immediately felt a little lighter afterwards, and while implementing her aftercare advice in the days that followed, I felt less bloated and more energised.
